Showii Pty Ltd (ACN 685 035 349) trading as Showii BBQ and/or Red Oak Property Investments Pty Ltd ATF Red Oak Property Investments Trust (together, “Showii”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is not liable for any loss, injury, illness or damage (including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or contamination) arising from the preparation, handling, storage, or consumption of our products once they have left our control.

It is the consumer’s sole responsibility to:
• Store the product in accordance with applicable food safety and refrigeration guidelines;
• Cook and handle the product in a hygienic and safe manner; and
• Avoid consumption where known allergies or sensitivities to listed ingredients exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Showii excludes all warranties, representations and liability in relation to the use or misuse of this product. Nothing in this clause excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
